InfoTrac Introduction Exercise
InfoTrac is an online database which records information on magazine articles, academic journals, general magazines and movies. today i have been looking on the website and using the advanced search feature to get the hang of using the website, i found of how to search, and save articles on the website and also how to use the citation tools. The citation tools feature on the database i found good and useful because it not only generates a citation of the article or document but also lets you save and export the file.
I then searched 'horror films' because that is the genre of film i have been looking into and researching. This website will prove useful because on the internet alone you would not be able to search for all the recorded information on the database, and also the tools that come with this database search engine. This probably will not be my primary source of information i prefer IMDb and that will most likely be my primary source of information but this database is definitely a good one to know about for my research and work.
